For the past 13 years, unlocking the transformative power of whole foods to rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit has been my passion. On this journey, I've been fortunate to work and study at some of the best schools and with some of the foremost health professionals and chefs in the "food as medicine" arena. These include; 'The Heartwood Institute' Holistic Health Program, in Northern California, 'The Natural Gourmet' Cookery school in New York City, 'The Tree of Life Insititute' in Arizona, and 'The French Laundry' in Napa, California. My mentors include Paul Pitchford, author of 'Healing with Whole Foods,' Dr. Gabriel Cousens, founder of the Tree of Life center in Arizona, Dr. David Jubb of Jubb's Longevity Center in New York, Dr. Ed Bauman, of 'Bauman College,' and Thomas Keller of 'The French Laundry.' Over the years, I've incorporated the lessons I've learned into a cleanse program that's helped hundreds of my clients reset their bodies and lives - whether they've been seeking greater levels of energy and focus, or striving to live a healthier lifestyle.
