Adina’s practice is rooted in Asian traditions and modern nutrition, with foundational training from the Heartwood Institute under renowned Chinese nutritionist Paul Pitchford. She is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute, where she specialized in Plant-Forward, Food-as-Medicine culinary training under Annemarie Colbin, PhD.

Before releasing her celebrated book, Super Cleanse, Adina trained at Michelin-starred French Laundry and served as executive chef at wellness and meditation centers, focusing on temple-inspired healing cuisine.

Adina has worked closely with Fortune 500 CEOs, NFL athletes, Hollywood icons, and other high-achieving leaders as a trusted culinary nutritionist and health advisor. Today, she designs and delivers innovative wellness programs that seamlessly integrate functional nutrition, holistic health, and lifestyle strategies, helping clients achieve lasting vitality, peak performance, radiant confidence, and optimized metabolic health.
